Our Garlic is harvested at maturity to maximise the pungent flavor, then gently peeled to prevent bruising of the creamy flesh. Garlic is known for lending its unique taste to many meals and is widely used in Oriental and Mediterranean-style dishes.
Raw in salads and cooked in casseroles, stews, roast meats and poultry, garlic is extremely versatile. Garlic butter is the classic accompaniment for steaks and fish. Alternatively, it can be spread on sliced French bread and baked in foil. From pizza to poultry, garlic is great with most foods.
