Fettuccine Neapolitana with Oregano & Basil

Ingredients
  • 400g fettuccine
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
  • 400g (14oz) canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Basil
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Oregano
  • sliced black olives
Procedure SERVES 4
Step 1
Sauté onion with Gourmet Garden Garlic in a saucepan for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add canned tomatoes, white wine, Gourmet Garden Basil and Oregano.
Step 3
Simmer for 3 minutes and add a few sliced black olives.
Step 4
Drain cooked fettuccine and toss through the sauce. Serve immediately with rocket leaves, shaved parmesan cheese and crusty bread. Enjoy!
