Lemon Grass and Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 4 sliced chicken thigh fillets
- 300g (11oz) can of creamed corn
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- fresh asparagus tips
Procedure SERVES 4
- Step 1
- Bring chicken stock to the boil.
- Step 2
- Add sliced chicken thigh fillets and creamed corn. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Step 3
- Stir through Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass.
- Step 4
- Add 1 tablespoon of soy and a few fresh asparagus tips. Serve and enjoy!
