Lemon Grass and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 4 sliced chicken thigh fillets
  • 300g (11oz) can of creamed corn
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • fresh asparagus tips
Procedure SERVES 4
Step 1
Bring chicken stock to the boil.
Step 2
Add sliced chicken thigh fillets and creamed corn. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Stir through Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass.
Step 4
Add 1 tablespoon of soy and a few fresh asparagus tips. Serve and enjoy!
