Garlic & Chilli Chicken Sauté

Ingredients
  • 4 skinless chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
  • 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
  • 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Mesclun leaves and lemon wedges, to serve
Procedure SERVES 4
Step 1
Cut three long slits diagonally across each fillet. Squeeze Gourmet Garden Parsley into one slit, Gourmet Garden Garlic into the next and Gourmet Garden Chilli into the last slit.
Step 2
Gently press the chicken fillets into the breadcrumbs to coat. Heat oil in a frying pan. Cook fillets over moderate heat for 3-5 minutes each side or until tender.
Step 3
