Egg Fried Rice
Egg Fried Rice with Chilli, Garlic and Coriander

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp oil 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
  • 400g pkt frozen or fresh Asian vegetables
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
  • 1-2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
Procedure SERVES 4

Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan. Add beaten egg and cook for 1 minute stirring until it is soft scrambled. Remove and set aside.

Step 2
Add in cooked rice, Gourmet Garden Garlic, asian vegetables,sesame oil, Gourmet Garden Chilli and Gourmet Garden Coriander. Toss for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and everything is piping hot. Stir through cooked egg and serve garnished with spring onions.
