A mouth-watering stir fry that the whole family will enjoy
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 600g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 1 yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
- 100g button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
- 125g snow peas, trimmed
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
Step 1
Heat canola oil in a wok. Cook chicken breast, in batches, for 3 to 4 minutes or until sealed. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
Add red onion, celery, asparagus, yellow capsicum, button mushrooms and Gourmet Garden Garlic.
Step 3
Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender. Add honey and water and Gourmet Garden Chilli. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 4
Return chicken to pan with snow peas and Gourmet Garden Coriander. Stir-fry until heated through.
