Put a delicious twist on beef mince and noodles with this flavoursome stir fry.
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 375g beef mince
- 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
- 400g fresh thick rice noodles
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
- 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 75g snow peas, trimmed & halved
- 1 bunch choy sum, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/3 cup water
Step 1
Heat canola oil in a wok. Add beef mince and brown onion. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until mince is browned and cooked through.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare rice noodles following packet directions.
Step 3
Add Gourmet Garden Garlic and Chilli to wok. Toss to coat. Add red capsicum, snow peas and choy sum.
Step 4
Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add rice noodles, oyster sauce and water to wok. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
