Michael's Oregano & Garlic Drumsticks
Michael's Oregano and Garlic Drumticks Recipe

A quick and delicious drumstick recipe from Michael Stavrinakis, produce manager at IGA Doonside.

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Oregano
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
    Add to Shopping List
  • 500g chicken drumsticks
    Add to Shopping List
Procedure SERVES 4

Step 1
Whisk olive oil, Gourmet Garden Garlic and Gourmet Garden Oregano in a small bowl

Step 2
Coat drumsticks in Garlic and Oregano mix.

Step 3
Cook drumsticks on barbeque and serve with a salad.
