Combining fettuccine and prawns couldn't be more delicious with this creamy pasta recipe.
Ingredients
- 250g fettuccine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500g peeled and deveined prawns
- 100g trimmed sugar snaps or snow peas
- 100g halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
- 3 tbsp Gourmet Garden Basil (now organically grown)
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1/4 cup cream
Procedure
SERVES 4
- Step 1
- Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan of boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and return to pan.
- Step 2
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan on medium. Add prawns. Cook, tossing, for 2-3 minutes until opaque.
- Step 3
- Add sugar snaps or snow peas, cherry tomatoes, Gourmet Garden Basil, Chilli and Garlic and cream.
- Step 4
- Cook, stirring, for 1 minute until heated through. Toss through pasta. Season to taste. Serve with green salad and enjoy.
