A quick and delicious recipe by Rachael Bermingham and Kim McCosker, authors of the best selling 4 Ingredients cookbooks.
- ½ tsp. Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 2 rib fillets
Step 1
Mix together first 3 ingredients and coat the steaks. Cover and
marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
On a hot, oiled grill or BBQ, cook steaks for 3-4 minutes each side or until done to you liking.
Step 3
Let the steaks sit for 5 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
Step 4
Optional: Serve with you favourite salad.
