This quick and easy salad encapsulates the taste of Thailand.
Ingredients
- 250g fillet or rump steak
- 1 punnet halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 sliced red onion
- 100g baby rocket leaves.
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- juice 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
Procedure
SERVES 4
- Step 1
- Barbecue or pan-fry steak. Set aside to rest.
- Step 2
- Combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and baby rocket leaves.
- Step 3
- Whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, fish sauce and Gourmet Garden Garlic, Coriander and Chilli.
- Step 4
- Toss dressing through salad with thinly sliced meat. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
