Thai cooking couldn't be easier with this tasty stir fry. A great mid-week meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
    Add to Shopping List
  • 500g  thin strips of chicken or beef
    Add to Shopping List
  • 500g sliced vegetables
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli (available in Hot or Mild)
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    Add to Shopping List
  • Dash of honey if desired
    Add to Shopping List
Procedure SERVES 4

Step 1
Heat oil in a wok or pan.
Step 2
Add strips of chicken or beef. Stir-fry until browned.
Step 3
Add sliced vegetables or a pack of pre-sliced vegetables. Add Gourmet Garden Garlic and Chilli. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
Step 4
Toss through Gourmet Garden Coriander. Mix through soy sauce and a dash of honey if desired. Heat through and serve with rice.
