Thai cooking couldn't be easier with this tasty stir fry. A great mid-week meal.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500g thin strips of chicken or beef
- 500g sliced vegetables
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli (available in Hot or Mild)
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Dash of honey if desired
Procedure
SERVES 4
- Step 1
- Heat oil in a wok or pan.
- Step 2
- Add strips of chicken or beef. Stir-fry until browned.
- Step 3
- Add sliced vegetables or a pack of pre-sliced vegetables. Add Gourmet Garden Garlic and Chilli. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
- Step 4
- Toss through Gourmet Garden Coriander. Mix through soy sauce and a dash of honey if desired. Heat through and serve with rice.
