Delicious prawns with spicy Thai seasoning as seen on What2Cook.
Ingredients
- 1 pack John West Prawns with Cocktail Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Hot Chilli
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 100g dry rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 carrot, cut into julienne strips
- 1 small continental cucumber, halved seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/2 capsicum, cut into julienne strips
- 4 spring onions, finely sliced
Procedure
SERVES 4
- Remove tails from John West Prawns and place prawns in a bowl, add Gourmet Garden Hot Chilli and lime juice and toss to coat. Refrigerate until required.
- Place rice noodles into a large bowl, cover with boiling water and leave for 3 minutes to soften, drain and return to bowl.
- Meanwhile mix together John West cocktail sauce with Gourmet Garden Lemongrass and soy sauce, stir into noodles then add prepared vegetables and chilli prawns and toss lightly.
