Thai Prawn Salad with Noodles & Chilli
Thai Prawn Noodle Salad Hero

Delicious prawns with spicy Thai seasoning as seen on What2Cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack John West Prawns with Cocktail Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Hot Chilli
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    Add to Shopping List
  • 100g dry rice noodles
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Lemongrass
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 carrot, cut into julienne strips
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 small continental cucumber, halved seeded and thinly sliced

  • 1/2 capsicum, cut into julienne strips
    Add to Shopping List
  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced

Procedure SERVES 4

  1. Remove tails from John West Prawns and place prawns in a bowl, add Gourmet Garden Hot Chilli and lime juice and toss to coat.  Refrigerate until required.
  2. Place rice noodles into a large bowl, cover with boiling water and leave for 3 minutes to soften, drain and return to bowl.
  3. Meanwhile mix together John West cocktail sauce with Gourmet Garden Lemongrass and soy sauce, stir into noodles then add prepared vegetables and chilli prawns and toss lightly.
