A simple yet scrumptious snack that will leave you wanting more!
- 6-8 potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tsp. Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Gourmet Garden Thyme
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Simply mix together olive oil, Gourmet Garden Garlic and Gourmet Garden Thyme.
Step 3
Coat wedges in mixture and roast for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve with dipping sauce (Gourmet Garden Chilli and Mayonnaise) and garnish with coriander and a lime wedge.
