Tasty capsicums filled with Ingham's Todays Turkey mince and Gourmet Garden Thyme.
- 4 red or yellow capsicum with tops removed and seeds & ribs taken out
- 2 tsp. sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 500g Inghams Turkey Mince
- 2 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 2 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Thyme
- 1 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Coriander (if desired)
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
Step 1
Heat olive oil in pan. Add Inghams turkey mince and cook until brown, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Mix together with the rice, Gourmet Garden Garlic, Thyme and Coriander, sesame oil and green onions. Stuff the capsicums with the mixture.
Step 3
Stand the stuffed capsicums (without tops) on a baking sheet and bake in a 200°C oven for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Place the tops back onto the capsicum and bake for a further 10 minutes. Serve hot.
