Procedure SERVES 4
- Step 1
- Whisk together olive oil, juice of 2 lemons and Gourmet Garden Oregano.
- Step 2
- Toss in cubed beef (approx. enough to make 2 skewers per person) or chicken. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Step 3
- Thread meat onto skewers.
- Step 4
- Barbecue, basting and turning for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with salad. Enjoy!
