Step 1
Heat olive oil in pan and cook onion for 5 minutes or until it softens. Add Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends Thai and green curry paste, cook until fragrant.
Step 2
Add coconut milk, water, fish sauce and red capsicum. Simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Add green prawns.
Step 3
Add green beans and sugar snap peas. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until prawns are just cooked through. Serve with steamed rice and lime wedges.
