It is really yummy, and better value than I expected.  If you buy fresh herbs they tend to go off in the fridge, but the tubes last for a while.   I love the lemongrass & corriander on fish.  You can combine it with red chilli and garlic.  Delicious!!!Jennifer, Ringwood, VIC

I purchased your most delicious THAI herb & spice blend from my local Safeway. As an Asian woman I am very critical of the authenticity of flavors of Asian products. Let me tell you, this Thai spice blend is very authentic, very delicious, and very easy to use. Since the 1st time I bought the tube 3 nights ago I have bought 3 more tubes and have used it on EVERYTHING - beef stirfry, curry chicken, even mixing it with mayo to make killer chicken salad. And all without adding anything extra to it. OMG, this stuff is delicious. I have a gripe, however. The tube is too small! Could you please sell them in the larger tubes. Can't believe how wonderful your products are! Just found them at a Publix about 35 miles from me, and I am delighted. Though I grow my own herbs in spring and summer, it's wonderful to be able to have fresh herbs on hand during the winter months.
