Beef Tortillas with Chilli Guacamole

Ingredients
500 grams Rump steak, trimeed of fat and sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon Chili Stir-In Paste
1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic Stir-In Paste
Small packet baby rocket
Guacamole
avocado
lime juice
sour cream
4 large or 8 small tortillas
Method

Brush sliced beef with a combination of olive oil, Chilli, and Garlic.

Chargrill sliced beef.

Serve in tortillas with baby rocket, freshly made guacamole of crushed avocado, lime juice and sour cream.
