Peanut Satay Sauce

Serves 4
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Garlic Stir-In Paste
200 grams Peanut butter
400 ml coconut cream
50 ml Kecap Manis
1 tablespoon Lightly Dried Southeast Asian
Method

Place all ingredients into a saucepan, and combine over medium heat.

Cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes until well mixed.

Serve over chicken skewers or noodles.
