She was kitchen director for the nationally aired cooking program, "Mexico One Plate at a Time," starring Rick Bayless. In addition, she has also worked with premier food organizations including The Kraft Kitchens, National Cattleman's Beef Association, Cooking Light Magazine and Sur La Table.
