A quick and yummy curry as seen on Food in a Minute
- 400g raw king prawns, thawed
- 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 400g pkt Wattie´s Frozen Wok Creations Malaysian Style Vegetables
- 1Tbsp fish sauce
- ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
- 1Tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Step 1
Marinate the raw prawns in the Gourmet Garden Coriander, Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass and lime juice for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a dash of oil with the sesame oil in a wok. Add the prawns and stir fry quickly until they turn pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 3
Add Wattie’s Frozen Wok Creations Malaysian Style Vegetables to the pan and stir fry until thawed. Add the fish sauce, sweet chilli sauce, Gourmet Garden Coriander, Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass and coconut milk to the pan and continue cooking until the vegetables are crisp tender.
Step 4
Add the prawns back into the pan and heat through. Season to taste. Serve with rice noodles.
