An easy recipe combining chicken, basil and your favourite vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 500g sliced chicken pieces
- 1 seeded and sliced red capsicum
- 1 trimmed and sliced bunch asparagus
- 1 quartered bunch baby bok choy
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp Gourmet Garden Basil
- rice and shredded onion to serve
Procedure
SERVES 4
- Step 1
- Heat oil in a large wok on heat. Stir fry chicken in batches. Remove from wok.
- Step 2
- Add capsicum, asparagus and bok choy. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Step 3
- Toss through soy sauce, 1 tablespoon hoisin and Gourmet Garden Basil.
- Step 4
- Return chicken to pan. Toss to combine. Serve immediately with the rice and shredded green onions.
