Chilli, Garlic and Coriander Salsa

A quick and easy dip or accompniment that can be prepared in moments.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15mL) Gourmet Garden Chili

  • 1 tbsp (15mL) Gourmet Garden Garlic
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 tbsp (30mL) Gourmet Garden Corriander
    Add to Shopping List
  • Juice of one lime
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tsp (5mL) coarse salt
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5mL) fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
    Add to Shopping List
  • 8-10 Roma tomatoes, diced
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 small red onion, diced
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1/2 (125mL) cup frozen corn, defrosted
    Add to Shopping List
Procedure SERVES 6

Step 1
In a small bowl combine the chili, garlic, corriander, lime juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.
Step 2
Add the diced tomatoes, diced onion & corn. Mix well.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.(Best if served the next day.)
Step 4
Serve with tortilla chips, burritos, tacos or any Mexican dish.
