Sausage Rolls

A quick and easy recipe by Kim McCosker, author of the bestselling 4 Ingredients cookbooks.

Ingredients

  • 500g lean mince
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tbs. Gourmet Garden Coriander
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 sheets ready rolled puff pastry
    Add to Shopping List
Procedure SERVES 4

Step 1
Preheat oven 180°C.

Step 2
Place first three ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Season with sea salt and pepper.

Step 3
Cut the pastry sheets in halfand dollop spoonfuls down the centre of each slice. Brush the sides of pastry with water and roll up. Cut into desired thickness, place on
a lined baking tray, seam side down, and mark tops with a knife. Bake
for 15–20 minutes.
