Gourmet Garden is an Australian innovation with most of our herbs and spices grown in the fertile soils of the Callide Valley in Central Queensland. No pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilisers are used in the production of our herbs; in fact we are currently in the process of converting completely to organic farming principles.
Once grown, our herbs are harvested and transported within hours, under the scientifically defined optimum conditions for each variety, to our plant at Palmwoods in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, Queensland. There the herbs are washed, chopped, blended and packed fresh into clear, squeezable tubes.
Gourmet Garden Range
The Gourmet Garden range features 10 herbs and spices in tubes. The range includes Basil, Hot Chilli, Chives, Garlic , Chunky Garlic, Lemon Grass, Italian Herbs, Parsley, Coriander and Ginger.
