Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Basil
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
- 1 bunch of fresh rocket leaves
- Salt & pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Procedure
SERVES 4
- Step 1
- Boil spaghetti in a large pot until al dente.
- Step 2
- In a large mixing bowl add olive oil & Gourmet Garden Garlic, Basil & Parsley.
- Step 3
- Add 4 tbsp of water from the spaghetti pot to the bowl and stir. Add drained spaghetti & chopped rocket (arugula) leaves to the bowl, season with salt & cracked pepper to taste & mix well.
- Step 4
- Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
