Chicken Fajitas with Garlic, Coriander and Chilli
Ingredients

  • 500g sliced chicken breast

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 small red onions thinly sliced
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 red capsicum thinly sliced
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
    Add to Shopping List
  • Fresh lettuce
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 sliced avocado
    Add to Shopping List
  • Tomato salsa
    Add to Shopping List
  • 8 tortillas
    Add to Shopping List
Procedure SERVES 4

Step 1
Place Gourmet Garden Garlic, Coriander & Chilli in a bowl with Worcestershire sauce & 1 tbsp lime juice. Add sliced chicken breast & toss to coat. Cover & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Combine red onion, capsicum & 1 tbsp of lime juice in a bowl.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a fry pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken & vegetables in batches for 4-5 mins until chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
Serve chicken & vegetables with lettuce, avocado & salsa in tortillas.
