Ingredients
- 1 pound chuck steak, well trimmed
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Procedure
SERVES 4
- Step 1
- In a large self-sealing plastic bag, add steak, Gourmet Garden Garlic, Coriander, Chilli, soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate for a least 2 hours (or overnight).
- Step 2
- Preheat the grill. Remove steak from marinade, and grill over moderate heat until steak is the way you like it - 5 to 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare and 6 to 7 minutes for medium. (Chuck steak cooked beyond medium will be tough).
- Step 3
- Let stand about 10 minutes, then, starting on the shorter side of the steak, slice on the bias and across the grain as thin as possible.
- Step 4
- Serve with Roasted Tomato & Rocket Salad
