- 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Fresh BlendsTM Mediterranean
- ½ cup tomato paste
- 2 medium Turkish or pita bread rounds or 1 large pizza base
- 2 tbsp + 1/3 cup reduced fat grated cheese
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small punnet cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 70g crumbled feta
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Combine 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends Mediterranean with tomato paste. Spread Turkish or pita bread rounds or pizza base with sauce. Place pita on oven trays.
Step 2
Top each with grated cheese. Top with pepper, tomatoes and olives.
Step 3
Place 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends Mediterranean in a bowl. Add 1/3 cup grated cheese. Toss to coat.
Step 4
Sprinkle pitas with cheese mixture and crumbled feta. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until cheese melts and bases are crisp. Remove from oven. Serve.
