A delicious recipe by Austraian chef, Dominique Rizzo.
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp. Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends Moroccan
- Good pinch of chilli powder
- 5 cups pre cooked rice
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Step 1
Heat the oil and butter in a heavy based ban, add in the onions, Gourmet Garden Garlic and finely diced capsicum, cook until the vegetables start to soften.
Step 2
Add Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends Moroccan and chilli powder to the rice and stir through. Cook until the rice is done, season with salt and pepper and stir through the chopped coriander. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
