Oven fried chilli & dill crumbed fish
Ingredients

  • 4 firm white fish fillets (approximately 100g weight each)

  • 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
    Add to Shopping List
  • zest from one small lemon (approximately 2 tsp)
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 tbsp fresh Dill
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tbsp oil
    Add to Shopping List
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Procedure SERVES 4

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
Step 2
Combine breadcrumbs, Gourmet Garden Chilli and Parsley, fresh Dill, salt, pepper and oil.
Step 3
Place fish fillets on tray lined with baking paper and press herbed crumbs on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish is just cooked.
Step 4
Serve with lemon wedges and a green salad or steamed vegetables.
