Tasty Beef Stir Fry with Chilli, Garlic and Coriander

A quick and easy meal that can be prepared in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp peanut oil

  • 680g thinly sliced beef top round or sirloin

  • 1 red capsium, sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced

  • 145g trimmed sugar snap peas

  • 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic

  • 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium beef stock

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
    Add to Shopping List
  • Rice or thin egg noodles to serve

Procedure SERVES 4

Step 1
Heat peanut oil in a wok. Add thinly sliced beef. Stirfry for 5 minutes or until browned.

Step 2
Add red and yellow capsicum, carrot, snow peas, broccolini, Gourmet Garden Garlic & Gourmet Garden Chilli. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked through.

Step 3
Add beef stock, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.

Step 4
Add Gourmet Garden Coriander. Stir to combine. Serve on rice or thin egg noodles.
