A quick and easy meal that can be prepared in minutes.
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 680g thinly sliced beef top round or sirloin
- 1 red capsium, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 145g trimmed sugar snap peas
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium beef stock
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
- Rice or thin egg noodles to serve
Step 1
Heat peanut oil in a wok. Add thinly sliced beef. Stirfry for 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 2
Add red and yellow capsicum, carrot, snow peas, broccolini, Gourmet Garden Garlic & Gourmet Garden Chilli. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked through.
Step 3
Add beef stock, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
Step 4
Add Gourmet Garden Coriander. Stir to combine. Serve on rice or thin egg noodles.
