Fettuccine Neapolitana with Oregano & Basil

Ingredients
  • 12oz fettuccine
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
  • 15oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Basil
  • 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Oregano
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • Parmesan cheese
Method SERVES 4
Step 1
Sauté onion with Gourmet Garden Garlic in a saucepan for 1 minute.

Step 2
Add canned tomatoes, white wine, Gourmet Garden Basil and Oregano.

Step 3
Simmer for 3 minutes and add sliced black olives.

Step 4
Drain cooked fettuccine and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately with shaved parmesan cheese and crusty bread. Enjoy!
