For something different, spice up mashed potatoes with garlic & parsley. Gluten free.
- 3lb. potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
- 4 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup milk
- salt and pepper, to taste
Step 1
Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water and add 1 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Garlic.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and mash the potatoes.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, heat 1 tbsp. each of Gourmet Garden Garlic and Parsley, butter and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Add herb mixture to mashed potatoes. Mix well. Serve warm.
