Sausage, Tomato and Basil Pasta

This yummy pasta can be made in a flash

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, sliced
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 Tbsp oil
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage, crumbled
    Add to Shopping List
  • 15oz canned tomatoes
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1/4 cup red wine
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Basil
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1/2 lb. hot cooked pasta of your choice
    Add to Shopping List
Method SERVES 4
Step 1
Sauté 1 sliced onion and Gourmet Garden Garlic in 1 tbsp. hot oil.

Step 2
Add Italian sausage; cook until browned.

Step 3
Stir in can of tomatoes, 1/4 cup red wine and seasonings to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4
Stir in Gourmet Garden Basil. Toss with hot cooked pasta of choice.
