Egg Fried Rice with Chili Pepper, Cilantro & Garlic
Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen or fresh Asian vegetables
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper
- 1-2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Cilantro
- 2 spring onions, sliced
Method SERVES 4
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick frying pan. Add beaten egg and cook for 1 minute stirring until it is soft scrambled. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Add cooked rice, Gourmet Garden Garlic, asian vegetables,sesame oil, Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper and Gourmet Garden Cilantro. Toss for about 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and everything is piping hot. Stir in cooked egg and serve garnished with spring onions.
