Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Basil
- lemon juice
Method
SERVES 4
- Step 1
- Finely grind pine nuts with grated parmesan cheese.
- Step 2
- Add olive oil, Gourmet Garden Basil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Step 3
- Blend until well combined.
- Step 4
- Toss with hot pasta. Serve and enjoy!
