Make your own pesto in minutes. Great in pasta, salads or dips.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
    Add to Shopping List
  • 3 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Basil
    Add to Shopping List
  • lemon juice
    Add to Shopping List
Method SERVES 4

Step 1
Finely grind pine nuts with grated parmesan cheese.

Step 2
Add olive oil, Gourmet Garden Basil and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Step 3
Blend until well combined.

Step 4
Toss with hot pasta. Serve and enjoy!

Doubled the recipe, PLUS 2 TBLS. of Paste, 1/4 cup Olive Oil, & 2 cloves of garlic. Fantastic!!

Yum!Try this with almonds or cashews instead of pinenuts,so good,and even add a lil Ricotta or Feta
