- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends Thai
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 ½ lbs. chicken breast; cut into ¼-inch thick strips

Step 1
Combine Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends Thai and yogurt in large bowl; add salt to taste and mix well.
Step 2
Add chicken, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Soak skewers in water for 10 minutes before use.
Step 3
Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill indoors or out for 4 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 4
Serve over rice or on a platter with lettuce leaves.
