A light crunchy noodle salad that will add Asian flare to any meal.
- 1 Tbsp white or cider vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp low sodiem soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Ginger
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Cilantro
- ½ small Chinese cabbage, shredded finely (about 6 cups)
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
- 2/3 cup toasted pine nuts
- 3 oz package chow mein noodles
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Step 1
Mix vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, oil, Gourmet Garden Ginger and Cilantro in a large bowl until combined.
Step 2
Add cabbage, onion, pine nuts and noodles. Toss gently to combine.
Step 3
Divide salad into serving bowls, sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
