This delicious soup is packed with flavor and perfect for a winter weeknight.
Ingredients
- 1 diced butternut squash
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
Method
SERVES 4
- Step 1
- Bring chicken stock to a boil; add squash; cover; cook 20-25 min. or until squash is tender.
- Step 2
- Add Gourmet Garden Ginger and Gourmet Garden Garlic to soup and stir.
- Step 4
- Use blender to blend squash to a smooth consistency and serve with a drizzle of cream.
