A great snack for the kids.
- 3 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Ginger
- 4 Tbsp honey
- 4 Tbsp dark molasses
- 4 Tbsp light brown sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 3 cups flour

Step 1
Combine Gourmet Garden Ginger, honey, dark molasses, light brown sugar and butter in a saucepan, stirring gently over a low heat. When mixed, stir in baking soda.
Step 2
Beat eggs and set aside. Combine ginger mixture and flour in a large bowl. Add beaten eggs to form a soft dough (you may not need all of the eggs).
Step 3
Knead the dough on a generously floured surface until smooth. Roll out thinly for gingerbread cookies or thicker to make a gingerbread house.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated 400ºF oven on parchment lined baking sheets for 8-10 minutes. Decorate with icing and your favorite candies.
