Ingredients
- 1 Large ripe Mango (about 1 lb. weight)
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ Cup water
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Gourmet Garden Ginger
- 1 Tsp Gourmet Garden Cilantro
- 1 Tsp Gourmet Garden Chili
Method
SERVES 4
Peel the Mango, cut in half and remove pit.Place half the mango and remaining ingredientsin a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over fresh salad greens and serve.
