Moroccan Hommus

A quick and delicious recipe by  Kim McCosker, author of the best selling 4 Ingredients cookbooks.

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tsp. Gourmet Garden Moroccan Fresh Blend
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 tbsp. tahini
    Add to Shopping List
Method SERVES 4

Step 1
Drain the chickpeas, reserving the liquid.

Step 2
Blend all ingredients in a food processor adding a little liquid to reach desired consistency.

Step 3
Optional: Serve with fresh vegetable sticks and crackers and
substitute Gourmet Garden Garlic for Moroccan Fresh Blend to make
an original hummus.

15 OZ CAN OF ??? SHOULDN'T HAVE TO READ HOW TO MAKE IT TO FIND OUT WHAT THE INGREDIENTS ARE!
