A quick and delicious recipe by Kim McCosker, author of the best selling 4 Ingredients cookbooks.
- 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas
- 1 tsp. Gourmet Garden Moroccan Fresh Blend
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. tahini
Step 1
Drain the chickpeas, reserving the liquid.
Step 2
Blend all ingredients in a food processor adding a little liquid to reach desired consistency.
Step 3
Optional: Serve with fresh vegetable sticks and crackers and
substitute Gourmet Garden Garlic for Moroccan Fresh Blend to make
an original hummus.
