Ingredients
- 4 firm white fish fillets - approximately 4oz (100g) each
- 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- zest from one small lemon (approximately 2 tsp.)
- 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Dill
- 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
- 1 Tbsp oil
- Sea salt
Method
SERVES 4
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
Combine breadcrumbs, Gourmet Garden Herbs & Spices, salt, pepper and oil.
Step 3
Place fish fillets on tray lined with parchment paper and press herbed crumbs on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish is just cooked.
Step 4
Serve with lemon wedges and a green salad or steamed vegetables. -
