Oven-baked chili pepper & dill fish

Ingredients

  • 4 firm white fish fillets - approximately 4oz (100g) each

  • 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs

  • zest from one small lemon (approximately 2 tsp.)

  • 1 tsp Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Dill
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 Tbsp oil
    Add to Shopping List
  • Sea salt
    Add to Shopping List
Method SERVES 4

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2
Combine breadcrumbs, Gourmet Garden Herbs & Spices, salt, pepper and oil.

Step 3
Place fish fillets on tray lined with parchment paper and press herbed crumbs on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish is just cooked.

Step 4
Serve with lemon wedges and a green salad or steamed vegetables.
