A quick and delicious recipe by Rachael Bermingham and Kim McCosker, best selling authors of 4 Ingredients cookbooks.
- 1 butternut squash, diced
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 2 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Ginger
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a saucepan.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for approx. 15 minutes or until soft
and tender.
Step 3
Blend until smooth. Serve with a swirl of cream.
