Spinach and Mushroom Fettuccine with Garlic, Chili Pepper & Parsley
Spinach & Mushroom Fettuccine

Ready in less than 15 minutes, this pasta is not only easy but delicious with just a touch of spice.

Ingredients

  • 12oz fettuccine
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    Add to Shopping List
  • 16oz assorted mushrooms
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
    Add to Shopping List
  • 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper
    Add to Shopping List
  • 10 fl oz light cream
    Add to Shopping List
  • 5oz baby spinach leaves
    Add to Shopping List
  • 4oz roasted red pepper, sliced
    Add to Shopping List
  • 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
    Add to Shopping List
  • Finely grated parmesan to serve 
    Add to Shopping List
Method SERVES 4

Step 1
Cook 12oz fettuccine following package directions. Drain. Return to pan.

Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large, deep pan. Add mushrooms, Gourmet Garden Garlic and Chili Pepper. Cook until tender.

Step 3
Add cream to mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add baby spinach leaves, roasted red pepper and Gourmet Garden Parsley.

Step 4
Toss pasta with sauce. Serve topped with grated parmesan.
