Ready in less than 15 minutes, this pasta is not only easy but delicious with just a touch of spice.
- 12oz fettuccine
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 16oz assorted mushrooms
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper
- 10 fl oz light cream
- 5oz baby spinach leaves
- 4oz roasted red pepper, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
- Finely grated parmesan to serve
Step 1
Cook 12oz fettuccine following package directions. Drain. Return to pan.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large, deep pan. Add mushrooms, Gourmet Garden Garlic and Chili Pepper. Cook until tender.
Step 3
Add cream to mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add baby spinach leaves, roasted red pepper and Gourmet Garden Parsley.
Step 4
Toss pasta with sauce. Serve topped with grated parmesan.
