Ingredients
- About 24 medium sized mushrooms (stems removed & saved)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp capers (drained & chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Gourmet Garden Lemon Grass
- ½ cup Italian style bread crumbs
Method
SERVES 24
Step 1
Turn the mushrooms upside down on a slightly oiled baking sheet.
Step 2
Finely cp the saved stems and add the rest of the ingredients mash together to form a smooth paste.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps and place under a broiler until golden brown, serve.
