Step 1
Cook 12oz fettuccine following packet directions until tender. Drain. Return to pan.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large, deep frying pan. Add 16oz assorted mushrooms, 2 tsp. Gourmet Garden Garlic and Chili Pepper. Cook until tender.
Step 3
Add 10 fl oz light thickened cream to mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Add 5oz baby spinach leaves, 4oz sliced char grilled red pepper and 1 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Parsley.
Step 4
Toss pasta through sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with finely grated parmesan.
