Dill Stir-In Paste
Gourmet Garden Dill Cold Blended Paste contains 2 bunches of organically grown dill that keeps fresh for weeks.
Our delicate dill plants are lovingly grown in the Biloela in central Queensland and are harvested when their essential oils are at their peak. From there they are transported within 18 hours of harvest to our Palmwoods facility where they are washed, chopped and blended with oils, salts and sugars before being packed into handy tubes.
Dill is best added at the end of your cooking and is ideal in Seafood dishes: salmon, fish, potatoes and eggs.

In cooking use 1 Tbsp. of paste to replace 1 Tbsp. of fresh dill or add according to your taste.
